This portfolio also showcases my script, and course development expertise as well as by ability to produce high quality voiceover and video production for software instructional material.

In this portfolio, I will walk you through the complete development life cycle for the software training material that I produced for the Claims Examiner Portal including:  Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.

Script Analysis and Design

Once assigned to a system training project, I communicate with subject matter experts to assess project needs and requirements. Once project requirements are established, I utilize my analysis and technical writing skills to develop a script which instructs learners on how to perform various system functions. This script gets finalized by the client through draft revisions before the development of software training material.

Video Development

For the development of software training videos, a voiceover is created by leveraging my voiceover speaking talents as well as professional voiceover recording expertise. A video is then created utilizing screen capture software.

Skills and Tools: Professional Voice Recording, Camtasia, Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

LMS Implementation and Learner Evaluation

Video instruction material is implemented into a elearning course. The course provides the ability to evaluate the learner and ensure they have gained the required knowledge to successfully performed the system functions, demonstrated in the software instruction video. The course is uploaded to a corporate Learning Management System (LMS) in order to track learner completion.
